Shipping & returns

Shipping

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being made (see the made-to-order note on each product for pieces made specially for you), and typically arrive within 3-7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping is a flat ₹90 per order.

Made-to-order pieces carry their own lead time, shown on the product page — this is added to the shipping time above, since the piece is made after you order it.

Returns & refunds

We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or replacement.

Once a return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Made-to-order and customised pieces can only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty.
