These terms govern your use of nishyan.com and any purchase made through it, operated by Nishyan (Nishi).

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. We confirm an order once payment is received. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them; because pieces are handmade, small variations in colour, weave or print are normal and not a defect.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Availability

Stock is limited and some pieces are made to order; we'll let you know if something you ordered is unavailable, and refund you in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
